Our Covenant Values
Catalina Foothills Church exists to glorify God by: exalting the Lord in our corporate worship and our individual lives; edifying God’s people in their faith; equipping God’s people to take the transforming power of the Gospel into every area of society-the arts, athletics, business, education, law, medicine, military, politics and others (evangelism).
Exalt: We value an intergenerational worship *service that engages all ages through the preaching and teaching of the Word, prayer, music, sacraments, and fellowship; transforming us in our daily lives. (Ps. 133; Acts 2:42-47)
Edify: We value Sunday school, K-Groups, and other spiritual growth groups as a means to enlighten every member…husbands, wives, singles, parents, youth, child, etc. (Gen. 1 & 2; Gal. 6; Mal. 4:6; Prov. 22:6)
Equip: We value evangelism training, individual ministry development (S.H.A.P.E.), church planting, discipleship classes, etc. and believe that every member is a minister for the purpose of taking the transforming power of the Gospel into every area of society.
Evangelism: We value evangelism in every area of ministry because we want to be obedient to The Great Commission.
