Imagine a young boy, about 8 years old who's father is is the leader of a country. Day after the child sees his father talking with influential people, and making important decisions, but the child just observes it from a distance as he plays with his toys. Sometimes when his father is having dinner with other world leaders, the boy sneaks as close to the door as he can to try to overhear the conversation. He doesn't always understand it, but he knows that what his father does is very important.

One day, to his great surprise, his father comes into his room and says, "I believe that your old enough to come have dinner with the prime minister and I this evening." The boy can hardly contain himself as he is invited to be a part of such an important meeting.
