Single Adult Fellowship (Age 40+)
My name is David Wagemaker and I am the Director of the Single Adult Fellowship (SAF.) We welcome you to our active group and are eager to meet other Christian singles like you! We are singles over thirty years old and from a variety of life stages such as never married, divorced, with or without kids, widowed, working, retired, reworking, but all followers of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Throughout the year there are many gatherings in which you can be involved. At the beginning of the month, we have First Sunday Lunch where you can meet new people and get together with old friends. There is SAF Sunday School every week at 9 am in room # 2. Social Activities include day/weekend outings, book/video discussion groups, cruises, pot lucks/ fellowship at each other’s homes, evangelism activities, parties, movies, plays, concerts, lectures, sporting events, hikes and picnics.
On Sundays, our attendants will greet you at the Welcome Desk in the Narthex, before, after, and in-between services. At the Desk, you can pick up our monthly Calendar of Activities, sign up for our email messages, and meet others from our fellowship.

On-going: SAF Sunday school is 9:15 am in the Library of Cornerstone
School; Sunday school. Topic: New Testament Book: John by our own Bill
Kelley. All invited, bring your Bible.
Sunday, April 11th - Fellowship Sunday Lunch at 12:30 pm - we will be
meeting at Chili's (southwest corner of Stone and River,
887-7971). Please join us to share a meal in Christian fellowship. RSVP
with SAF Coordinator Felicia Froehlich 742-2359 or meet at the CFC
Singles counter in the Narthex Sunday morning. Felicia will not be able
to attend the event so look for another SAF person when you get to the
restaurant. The reservation will be under CFC SAF.
Fri. - Sat. April 9 & 10 - Men's Ministry "The Good Soldier" being held
at the Tubac Country Club. Please call the church office for more
details 615-8500.
Friday, April 16 6pm - Potluck dinner at Rick's home, 6437 N Sun Bluff
Dr. Come and join the SAF for a grand evening of food, fellowship and
games. Please bring a dish to share. We will need main courses,
appetizers, salad, desserts. Please call Rick 615-9639 to RSVP and
coordinate the dish you will bring. Please call Rick if more information
is needed.
Saturday, April 17 - Primetimers event; you are invited to join the
Primetimers in a day trip to the Greek Monastery located just east of
Florence. Please check with Karen Hocker or one of the Primetimers for
more details
