Mark Roessler 
Senior Pastor
Mark grew up in Clarksdale, Mississippi. He is married to Norma, also a native of Clarksdale. They have two daughters, Caroline and Neely. Mark graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1970 and received his M.Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS in 1979. He served for 2 years with Jim Bland at Kendall Presbyterian Church in Miami, FL. After 2 years there, he was called to serve with D. James Kennedy at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, teaching and leading evangelism. In 1994 the family moved to Tucson, because they felt God’s call to help plant and organize a church in the Foothills of the Catalina Mountains. They joined a local team of believers and CFC was begun. It has grown to an average worship attendance of 1500 people. Mark’s interests include wild turkey hunting, travel, tennis, Ole Miss football and North Carolina basketball!

Winston Maddox 
Executive Pastor
Winston is an Arizona native who graduated from the U of A in 1972. He spent the early part of his life selling Real Estate where he met his wife Delores. In the 80's they purchased the local Christian book store, Gospel Supplies, from Delores’ parents and continue to equip Tucson's Christian community. Winston has served with Mark since the first service at Catalina Foothills Church on 9/11/1994. He joined Catalina Foothills Church as Director of Shepherding Ministries in 2006 and in late 2006 he became Ordained and is now the Executive Pastor. Winston and Delores with their adult children (Shelbie, W. Ashley, and Hayley) are active members of CFC contributing in many ways.

Matt Uldrich 
Associate Pastor
Matt Uldrich is an Assistant Pastor at Catalina Foothills Church (PCA), and a Licensed Associate Counselor in Tucson, Arizona. Matt worked with The Navigators for 9 year serving the college campuses of the University of Missouri- Columbia, the University of Kansas, and the University of Northern Iowa. He has been married for 16 years to Cheri who is his best friend, fellow pilgrim, and soul mate. They have three children: Elle (13), Skye (11), and Bailey (6); and a dog named Faith.
Matt’s deep passion for people and ministry can be summed up as “Build up (1 Corinthians 3:10-15) and Set Free (Hebrews 12:1-3, John 8:31-32).

Dr. Joan Ashcraft 
Director, Fine Arts
Joan Ashcraft is CFC’s Director of Fine Arts and is also the Director of Fine Arts for Tucson Unified School District. Her deep love is for the music ministry at Catalina Foothills Church where weekly she is inspired by faithful musicians who joyfully dedicate their time preparing spiritually uplifting music for worship. Andy Tracy 
Director, College and Career
Andy Tracy is the director for CFC's College and Career ministry called The Branch. Growing up in Tucson he attended Catalina Foothills High School and is proud to be one of the few people at UofA Wildcat games that can call themselves an alum! In 2003 he married Tobi and just days after the wedding they moved to St. Louis to attended Covenant Theological Seminary. After seminary they moved back to Tucson to minister here at CFC.

Pete Rehrmann
Director, High School
Pete moved to Tucson in 1999 from a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio to attend the University of Arizona. He joined the CFC staff in January of 2002 as an intern with the middle school ministry where he discovered his passion for teaching God’s Word. After a few years in the middle school ministry, Pete transitioned into full time high school ministry where he gets to relive the joys and the dramas of adolescents. Upon graduating from the U of A, he began to pursue his Masters of Divinity in Biblical Communication degree from Phoenix Seminary and currently commutes to Phoenix each week for classes. Pete married his best friend, Jenná, in May of 2005. They met in 2000 at the U of A at a Campus Crusade for Christ function and currently live in the northwest area of town.

Andy Littleton 
Director, Middle School
Andy Littleton is the Director of CFC’s Middle School ministry called Faith Extreme. Andy has lived in Tucson since a young age and attended Casas Christian school and Canyon Del Oro High School. He has studied urban ministry at the Seminary Consortium for Urban Pastoral Education in Chicago and plans to pursue a theological education in the near future. Currently he lives in central Tucson with his wife Coral and baby Abigail. |

Bruce Lau
Missions and Men's Ministries
Bruce is Director of Missions and Assistant Director of Men’s Ministries. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and married Muff shortly thereafter. They are both from St. Paul and have two daughters, Gretchen and Kristen, as well as two grandchildren. Bruce’s career took them to several cities throughout the U.S. where he held various senior positions in Sales and Marketing. Over the years, Bruce has also been involved in men’s ministry and city ministry work. Shortly after leaving his corporate career, he and Muff moved to Tucson and in 2005 joined the staff at Catalina Foothills Church.

Darren Fielder
Children's Ministries Director
Darren was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Tucson at the age of 5, so he is a nearly native Tucsonan. He spent 6 years in the military as a helicopter mechanic and served in Desert Storm (the first Gulf War). After leaving the military Darren attended the University of Arizona where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Darren taught in the Vail School District and was the Director of Children’s Ministries at Emmanuel Baptist church before starting to attend here at CFC 6 years ago. |

David Wagemaker
Director, Stephen Ministry, Singles Ministry & K-Groups
David Wagemaker has been leading the Single Adult Ministries for the past several years, then retired recently from Raytheon and joined the CFC staff to establish the Stephen Ministry program and coordinate K-Groups, (CFC’s Small Group ministry). David hails from Michigan and moved to beautiful Tucson in the winter of 2001. David is a widower; his step-son Heath and his wife Tisha live in Georgia with their two children. David is enjoying taking courses in Theology at Phoenix Seminary and Fuller Seminary.
