Contact:  Pastor Jeff Markland, GNCC  520-358-5818

Volunteer Job Description:

Good News Community Church is located right in the heart of a socio-economically struggling neighborhood and serves as a light of hope and Christian love to the people who live there.  People in crisis or need will stop by throughout the week in need of water, food, clothing, financial assistance, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, spiritual counseling, and prayer.

Pastor Jeff at GNCC is looking for Community Outreach Volunteers so the doors can be open during the week, to assist those people who come by.  It is also desirable to have ongoing help keeping the community clothing closet sorted and organized if time permits.

We welcome people serving in pairs, and especially recommend this for women.

If you are interested in this opportunity to show Christian hospitality to the people who live around Good News Community Church, please contact Pastor Jeff Markland 520-358-5818

ABOUT GOOD NEWS COMMUNITY CHURCH
